The valet at $63 felt steep, especially after the trouble finding a space. I stayed on the 24th floor, but city noise crept in. The staff members were friendly and helpful throughout our stay, creating a welcoming atmosphere.

I stayed here with friends for a convention, and the staff was super friendly, like ready to chat even in the morning. The bathroom door was a slider, so it didn’t lock, which was awkward. Also, the ATM limits on cash made it tough to pay for our stay. The in-room breakfast was decent though!
